dc.description.abstract21. Yüzyılda küresel boyut kazanan terörizm tüm dünyanın ve ülkemizin en önemli sorunlarından biridir. Ülkemizde son otuzüç yıldır terörle mücadelede binlerce güvenlik görevlisi şehit ve gazi olmuş, milyarlarca doları, terör örgütü PKK'yı ve ülkemizdeki diğer terör örgütlerini ortadan kaldırmak için kullanılmıştır. Ülkemizde 1978 yılında küçük bir organizasyon ile başlayan terör faaliyetleri, şimdilerde sayıları yüz binleri aşan ve tüm dünyayı tehdit eden bir küresel terör organizasyonuna dönüşerek varlığını tehditkâr bir şekilde devam ettirmektedir.Bu çalışmada terörle etkin mücadelede istihbaratın rolü ve terörü etkisizleştirmenin ve ortadan kaldırmanın güçlü bir istihbarat yönetimi ve organizasyonu olmadan başarılamayacağı anlatılarak PKK terör örgütü ile tüm terör örgütlerinin terör eylemlerini kısa sürede etkisizleştirmenin çözümünün istihbaratın terörle mücadelede etkin rol almasıyla mücadelenin başarılı olabileceği ve bunu yaparken de demokratik yollarla mücadele edilmesi gerektiği anlatılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThe terrorism which saves a global dimension at 21th century is the most important problem ofall of the world and our country. Lastthirty-three years, thousands of security employees has been fallen andveteran. Also, billions of dolars has used for clearing away PKK and others terrororganization in our country. Nowadays terror facilities that had started by asmall organization in 1978 in Turkey keep its possession in a threatening wayby turning into a global terror organization which threat all of the world andhas more than hundred thousand numbers.In this study, the role of intelligence at efficient fight to terrorand to passivate or to clear away terror cannot be succesfulwithout a powerful intelligence management and organization are told. Plus, the solution of passivation of PKK terror organization activities in a shorttime may be succesfull by intelligence by taking an active role at terrorstruggle which is in a democratic ways aretold.
