| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, asansör kabini ve butonları üreten bir firmanın kalite kontrol süreçlerinden elde edilen bilgiler kullanılarak belirli bir parça için imalat sürecinin ve ölçme sisteminin yeterliliği incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu hedefe ulaşmak amacıyla kalite kontrol esasları çerçevesinde istatistiksel kalite kontrol metotlarından azami ölçüde faydalanılmıştır. Söz konusu yeterlilik analizleri ile firmanın imalat ve ölçme sisteminde geliştirilmesi gereken yönleri araştırılmış, müşteri ihtiyaçlarının tam olarak karşılanmasında ve kalite maliyetlerinin indirgenmesinde çeşitli öneriler geliştirilmiştir. Bunları başarmak amacıyla firmaya neler yapması gerektiğine ilişkin nasıl bir analiz yapması gerektiği açıkça belirtilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, it is aimed to examine the capability of the manufacturing process and measurement system for a particular part by using the information obtained from the quality control processes of a company that manufactures elevator cars and buttons. To achieve this goal, statistical quality control methods have been utilized to the maximum extent within the framework of quality control principles. With this competence analyzes, the aspects that need to be improved in the manufacturing and measurement system of the company were investigated, and various suggestions were developed to fully meet customer needs and reduce quality costs. In order to achieve these works, it is clearly stated what an analysis should be done to the company regarding what it should do. | |
