| dc.description.abstract | Nutrisyon ve malnutrisyon kavramları heterotraf bir organizma olan insan türü için yaşamsal öneme sahiptir. İnsanların yaşamlarını sürdürebilmeleri ve sağlık durumlarını koruyabilmeleri hususunda nutrisyon önemli bir faktördür. çalışmanın birinci bölümünde nutrisyon uygulamalarına gereksinim oluşturan bir faktör olarak malnutrisyon kavramı incelemiştir. çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde nutrisyon kavramı nutrisyonel uygulamalar bazında incelenmiş ve enteral ve parenteral nutrisyon uygulamaları irdelenmiştir. Nutrisyon konulu tez ve kaynakların sınırlı sayıda olduğu ülkemizde konuya bir katkı sağlamak hedeflenmiştir | |

It can continue to protect their issues in people's lives and health is an important factor feeding. The concept of malnutrition as a factor in forming the nutritional requirements of the application in the first part of this study. The concept of nutrition in the second part of the study were examined on the basis of nutritional practices and enteral and parenteral nutrition practices are discussed. Nutritional thesis that our country and the limited number of resources aimed to provide a contribution to the subject. | |
