dc.description.abstractÖrgütlerin rakiplerine fark yaratarak başarıyı sağlaması ve belirlediği amaçlara ulaşabilmesi için, çalışanlarının örgütsel bağlılıklarına bir diğer deyişle çalışan ? örgüt ilişkisine ve iş tatminine bağlıdır. Bu ilişkinin önemini yansıtan en önemli sektörlerden biri şüphesiz ki hizmet sektörüdür. Çalışmada, iş tatmini ve örgütsel bağlılık konuları genel olarak sağlık hizmetleri üzerinde durulmaya çalışılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractEnsure the success of organizations making a difference and set its competitors in order to achieve the objectives, the organizational commitment of employees working in other words - the organization depends on the relationship and job satisfaction. Reflects the importance of this relationship is undoubtedly one of the most important sectors of the service industry. In this study, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were focused more on health care issues in general.
