dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışmasında; İran İslam Cumhuriyeti?nin, İslam devrimi sonrası Ortadoğu politikaları ile Laik Türkiye Cumhuriyeti?nin Ortadoğu politikalarında, devlet sistemlerinin ne denli etkileri olduğu araştırılmıştır. Üç ana bölümden ve detaylardan oluşan çalışma, Ortadoğu coğrafyasında ve İslam ülkelerinde daha önce hiç denenmemiş olan, Laik Cumhuriyet ve Şii İslam Cumhuriyeti modellerinin bölgede uyandırdığı yankı ve bu ülkelerin bölge ile olan ilişkilerinde sistemlerinden kaynaklanan sonuçlar ele alınmıştır. Devletin tanımı, mahiyeti, İran ve Türkiye?de devlet geleneği ve bu geleneğin tarihi, bu devletlerin mevcut sistemlerinin kuruluş aşamalarında oluşturduğu yankı ve sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir. Toplum hayatını din ekseninde düzenleyen sistem ve toplum hayatını beşeri kanunlara göre düzenleyen sistem ekseninde Ortadoğu?nun nasıl şekillendiği ve çevreye etkileri en temel çıkarım konularındandır. Son bölümde ise, gerek incelemeler gerekse saha araştırmaları sonucu derlenen tespitlerden oluşan Şii dünyasında ?Türkler? başlığı ile tüm bu politik gelişmelere farklı bir açıdan bakma şansı bulunmuştur. dc.description.abstractThis thesis study tackles to what extent the governmental systems have been effective in the Middle East policies of Islamic Republic of Iran after the islamic revolution and the Middle East policies of Secular Republic of Turkey. Comprising of three main sections and details, this study handles the reflections in the region arousen by Secular Republic and Shia Islamic Republic models, which were not tried in the Middle East and Islamic countries before, and the outcomes related to their relations with the region arising from the systems of these countries. The evaluations made in this study include the definition and nature of government, government tradition in Iran and Turkey, and the history of this tradition, the reflections occurred at the foundation phases of the current systems of these states and the outcomes thereof. The most basic subjects of inference include how the Middle East is shaped in the axis of a system regulating the social life based on religion and a system regulating the social life based on human laws, and the effects thereof. In the last section, all these political developments are examined from a different point of view under the title ?Turks? in the Shia World containing the observations collected as a result of both examinations and field researches.
