dc.description.abstractGirişimciliğin Önündeki Engellerin ve Çözüm Önerilerinin Tespiti yüksek lisans tezinin amacı, girişimciliğin önündeki engellerin tespitiyle bu engelleri ortadan kaldıracak çözüm önerilerinin tespitidir. İlk bölümde, girişim, girişimci, girişimcilik kavramları literatürdeki farklı kaynaklardan derlenmiştir. Sonrasında, girişimciliğin tarihsel değişimi gözden geçirilmiştir. Girişimcilikteki faktörler, girişimci özellikleri ve girişimcinin yerel, ulusal ve uluslar arası çevresi de aynı bölümde açıklanmıştır. GEM, TOBB ve KOSGEB tarafından sunulan istatistiksel bilgi ve raporlar ikinci bölümde bir arada toplanmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, girişimciliğin önündeki engeller, çözüm önerileri ve mevcut destek mekanizmaları tanımlanmıştır. Son bölüm ise tümüyle başvurulan anketin uygulaması ve sonuçların açıklanmasıyla ilgilidir. Anketin, KOSGEB Uygulamalı Girişimcilik Eğitimi eğitimcisi/ katılımcılarından girişimciler ve/veya girişimci adaylarına uygulanmasıyla olabildiğince doğru sonuçların elde edilmesi sağlanmıştır. Hiç şüphe yok ki, risk almanın girişimci olmak için çok önemli olduğu söylenebilse de, yeterli değildir. Girişimciliğe uygun çevresel şartlar ve kişisel desteklerle kapasitesi diğer önemli gerekliliklerdir.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of 'Determination of Obstacles on Entrepreneurship and Solutions' master thesis is to detect barriers on entrepreneurship in order to find out offered solutions for eliminating barriers. Throughout first section, enterprise, entrepreneur, entrepreneurship concepts were compiled through several references in the literature. After that, historical evolution of entrepreneurship examined. Factors, characteristics, and local, national, international environment of entrepreneurs are also explained in the same section. The statistical data and reports were collected together from GEM, TOBB, and KOSGEB through second section. The barriers of the entrepreneurship, suggested solutions and the currents support mechanisms described at the third section. The last section is completely related with applied survey implementation and explanation of the results. The results of the survey were provided correctly as much as possible, by applying survey to entrepreneurs and/or entrepreneur candidates and trainer who all participants/trainer of KOSGEB Approved Practical Entrepreneurship Training. There is no doubt to say that, although undertaking risk is so important to become an entrepreneur it is not enough. The other important additional requirements are supportive environmental circumstances and personal capacity with supports.
