dc.description.abstractBu arastırmada, okul yöneticilerinin sahip oldukları iletisim becerileri ile etkili okulunolusması iliskisi üzerinde çalısılmıstır. Çalısma İstanbul ili Büyükçekmece ilçesi ilkögretimokulları yönetici ve ögretmenleri üzerinde gerçeklestirilmistir.Arastırmada ilkögretim okullarında görev yapan yönetici ve ögretmenlerin görüslerialınarak okullarının etkililigi ölçülmüs ve yöneticilerin iletisim becerileri ile etkili okulolusumu arasındaki iliski arastırılmıstır.Arastırmada Ali ?Etkili Okul Anketi? ile ?iletisimBecerilerini Degerlendirme Ölçegi? uygulanmıstır.Yapılan istatistiki analizler sonuçlarına göre; okul etkililigi ile yöneticilerin?insanlarakarsı sıcak bir ilgi duyarım.?,?Kendime ve baskalarına zarar vermeden içimden geldigi gibidavranabilirim.?,?Birisini anlamaya çalısırken sakin bir ses tonuyla konusurum.? ve ?iletisimkurdugum insanlar tarafından anlasıldıgımı hissederim.? özellikleri arasında anlamlı bir iliskitespit edilmistir.
dc.description.abstractIn this research, the relation between communication abilities of school directors their effects on forming an effective school. The hasbeen studied research has been realized on the directors and the teachers of the primary schools which are in Büyükçekmece town in Istanbul city.In the research the effectiveness of the schools has been measured by asking the opinions of the directors and the teachers who work for the primary schools and the relation between communication abilities of the directors and forming an effective school has been searched.?Effective School Public Survey? and ?Communication Abilities Evaluation Scale?, was applied .According the results of this statisticks; a meaningful relation has been determined between school effectiveness and characteristics ?I am very interested at people.?,?I can behave how I want without hurting anyone or myself.?,?I talk with mild sound tone while trying to understad.? , someone ?I feel understood by the people who I contact with.? of directors. These features, belonging to directors, have an important place in forming an effective school.
