dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, strateji geliştirme sürecinde EFQM Mükemmellik Modelinin FÜTZ analizi aracı olarak kullanılabileceği incelenmiştir. FÜTZ, işletmenin iç ve dış çevresinin analiz edilmesidir. İşletmenin üstünlüklerinin ve zayıflıklarının tespiti olan iç çevre analizi Kaynak Tabanlı Yaklaşım çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır. Bu yaklaşım temelinde geliştirilen DATÖ Yapısı incelenmiştir. EFQM Mükemmellik Modelinin "girdi" kriterleri işletme kaynağı olarak ele alındı ve bu kriterler DATÖ Yapısı ile bütünleştirilerek işletmelerin üstünlük ve zayıflıklarının analizinde kullanılabileck bir model sunulmuştur. Geliştirilen bu modelin uygulaması yapılmış ve işletmelerin üstünlük ve zayıflık analizinde kullanılabileceği görülmüştür.
dc.description.abstractIn this study EFQM Excellence Model has been investigated as an instrument for SWOT analysis in strategic development process. SWOT is the analysis of internal and external environment of a firm. Internal environment analysis which determines the strenghts and weaknesses of a firm has been studied based on Resource Based Approach. In the frame of this approach the structure of VRIO framework has also been examined. The input criteria of EFQM Excellence Model has been used for the resource of the firm. By combining these criteria with VRIO Framework, a model which can be used in the analysis of stenghts and weaknesses of the firms has been proposed. The implementation of this model has been made and it has been seen that this model can be used for the strengths and weaknesses analysis.
