dc.description.abstractAvrupa Birliği Avrupa'da yer alan 6 devletin birlik altında toplanmasıyla kuruldu. Bir üst otorite kurarak bu devletlerin aldığı kararların uygulanması ve alınan kararların tüm üye ülkelerce kabul edilip uygulanması mantığıyla Avrupa Birliği'ni oluşturdular. Çalışmada kaynak taraması tekniği ve tarihçi metot esas alınmıştır. Birliğin amacı sadece bir güvenlik projesiydi. Savaşları önlemek, üye devletlerin barış ve huzurunu sağlamak, vatandaşların daha kaliteli bir yaşam sürdürebilmesi amacı ile kurulmuştu. topluluğa yeni devletlerde eklenmeye devam etti. Ekonomik ve parasal birliğin oluşturulması birliğin sonraki hedefi idi. Malların, hizmetlerin, sermayenin serbest dolaşımı, adalet, güvenlik, eğitim-kültür, gıda, bilim ve araştırma gibi siyasi, ekonomik, sosyal konular Avrupa Birliği'nin müktesebat konuları arasında yer aldı. Sağlık müktesebat konuları arasında yer almamasına rağmen diğer bütün konuların sağlıkla ilgisi bulunmaktadır. Birliğin müktesebat konuları incelendiğinde alternatif bir sağlık politikasının var olduğu görülmektedir. Anahtar Kelimeler : Avrupa Birliği, Sağlık, AB Müktesebatı
dc.description.abstractThe European Union was founded on the collection under 6 states in the European union.
