| dc.description.abstract | Bu tez çalısmasında; Genel olarak insanların ve toplumların en önemli ihtiyaçlarından biri olan güvenlik kavramı anlatılmakta bu bağlamda ülkemizde güvenliğin yapısı tarihsel gelisimi ve kolluk kuvvetlerinin sınıflandırılması anlatılmaktadır, Özellikle de ülkemizde kolluk kuvvetleri sınıflandırılmasında özel güvenlik teskilatlarının tarihsel gelisimi, felsefesi ve 2004 yılında çıkarılan Özel Güvenlik Yasası ile Özel Güvenlik yetkilerine değinilerek bu yetkilerin nasıl olması gerektiği ve eksiklikleri, dünyadaki diğer özel güvenlik teskilatları ile kıyaslaması yapılmıstır | |
