dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı; klinik hizmetlerinde çalışan hemşirelerin örgütsel sorunlarını araştırmak ve bu sorunların başta çalışılan kurum olmak üzere bazı değişkenlere göre farklılaşma durumunu incelemektir.Amaç doğrultusunda hazırlanan anket; İstanbul Anadolu yakasında bulunan dört farklı eğitim araştırma hastanesinde klinik hizmetlerde görev yapan 208 hemşireye uygulanmıştır.Anket sonuçları bilgisayar ortamında SPSS 17.0 istatistiksel programında analiz edilmiştir. Anket sorularının güvenilirliğini belirlenmesinde Cronbach's Alpha katsayısından, araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerin demografik özelliklerinin belirlenmesinde frekans ve yüzde tanımlayıcı istatistiklerinden, hemşirelerin örgütsel sorunlarının düzeylerinin belirlenmesinde minumum, maksimum aritmetik ortalama standart sapma istatistiklerinden, hemşirelerin örgütsel sorunlarını oluşturan boyutların aralarındaki ilişkilerin belirlenmesinde korelasyon analizinden, hemşirelerin örgütsel sorunlarının demografik özelliklerine göre farklılaşma durumunun incelenmesinde ise; T Testi, Anova ve Tukey testlerinden faydalanılmıştır.Araştırma sonucunda; araştırmaya katılan hemşirelerin en çok yaşadıkları örgütsel sorunların eğitim ile ilgili olduğu, en az yaşadıkları örgütsel sorunun ise örgütlemeden kaynaklandığı sonucuna varılmıştır. Yaşadıkları örgütsel sorunların yaşlarına, mesleki deneyimlerine ve çalıştıkları süreye göre farklılaşmadığı, çalıştıkları kuruma, eğitim durumuna, çalıştıkları pozisyona ve işinin gerektirdiği eğitim düzeyi görüşlerine göre farklılaşmalar olduğu sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of the present study is to investigate the organizational problems of the nurses working in clinical services and look at whether these problems vary depending on primarily the institution and some other variables.For this purpose, a questionnaire was developed and administered 208 nurses working in clinical services of four research hospitals located in the Anatolian side of İstanbul.The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed through SPSS 17.0 package program. In the evaluation of the reliability of the questionnaire items, Cronbach?s Alpha coefficient was used, in determination of the demographic features of the nurses, frequencies and percentages were employed, in the evaluation of the level of the nurses? organizational problems, minimum, maximum and arithmetic mean, standard deviation statistics were drawn on, in the investigation of the relationships between the dimensions constituting the organizational problems of the nurses, correlation analysis was used and finally, t-test, Anova and Tukey were employed to investigate whether the nurses? organizational problems vary depending on their demographic features.At the end of the study, it was found that the most common problems of the nurses are educational problems, and the least experienced problems are the ones stemming from organization. The problems experienced by the nurses do not significantly vary depending on age, job experience, and term of employment, yet there are some variations based on the position occupied, the institution, educational status and the level of training required by their job.
