Özet
Sağlık hizmeti sunumunda hasta güvenliğinin sağlanarak, tıbbi hataların oluşması önlenmelidir. Sağlık hizmeti sunumu insan vücudunun karmaşıklığı nedeniyle birçok tehlikeleri beraberinde getirmektedir. Bu tehlikeleri en aza indirmek için hasta güvenliği konusunda çalışmalar yapılmış, bu çalışmalarla geri dönüşü mümkün olmayan hataların önüne geçilmesi hedeflenmiştir. İnsanların bilinç ve beklenti düzeylerinin yükselmesi, hasta güvenliğine verilen önemi arttırmıştır. Sağlık hizmeti sunumunda hasta güvenliğinin sağlanması için, sağlık kurumları, sağlık personeli, hasta ve yakınlarının işbirliği içinde olmaları şarttır. Tıbbi hataları en aza indirmek ve hasta güvenliğinin sağlanması için tıbbi hata nedenleri detaylı şekilde incelenmiştir. Bunun sonucunda alınması gereken önlemlere ait standart uygulamaların belirlenmesinin ve belirlenecek bu standartların istisnasız tüm sağlık hizmet sunucularınca uygulanmasının gerektiğine dikkat çekilmiştir. Bu çalışmada hastaya sunulan sağlık hizmetlerinin önemli bir kısmını üstlenen hemşirelerin hasta güvenliği ihlali ve tıbbi hatalara tanık olma oranı ile tıbbi hata raporlanmama nedenlerinin sorgulanmamasının önemi ortaya konulmuştur. Oluşan tıbbi hataların raporlanması ile tıbbi hata nedenleri belirlenerek tekrarlanmaması mümkün olabileceği sonucuna varılmıştır.
Ensuring patient safety in health care delivery , medical errors occur should be avoided. Health service delivery due to the complexity of the human body poses many dangers . To minimize these dangers were undertaken regarding patient safety , it is not possible to return to work was aimed to prevent errors . People's awareness and expectation levels rise, increasing importance has been given to patient safety . In the provision of health services to ensure patient safety , health care institutions , health care providers, patients and their relatives to cooperate is essential . To minimize medical errors and causes of medical errors to ensure patient safety have been studied in detail . As a result, measures to be taken and the determination of the standards of practice will be determined by the service providers of these standards must be applied without exception, that health is taken care of . In this study, a significant portion of health care services provided to the patient claimed infringement of nurses to patient safety and medical errors cause me to be a witness to the rate of medical error reporting has revealed the importance of not questioned . Reporting of medical errors that occur with determining the causes of medical errors was concluded that it would be possible to repeat.
