| dc.description.abstract | Dünyanın yaratılışından sonuna kadar değerini ve önemini koruyacak olan insan ve insanın sağlığıdır. Hizmetlerinde en değerlisi insan sağlığına hizmettir. Tüm ülkelerin en temel hedefleri arasında şüphesiz sağlık noktasında bilinçli ve sağlıklı fertlerden oluşan gelişmiş bir sağlıklı toplum oluşturup bu sağlıklı toplumun sağlığının korunması ve devam ettirilmesidir. Çalışmada tarihçi metot ve kaynak taraması esas alınmıştır. Bu hedefe ulaşabilmek için ancak iyi bir sağlık yönetimi ve iyi bir sağlık sistemi ile mümkün olabilir. Bundan dolayı bütün dünyada sağlık hizmetleri ayrıcalıklı bir yere sahiptir. İnsanın hayatının devamı, mutluluğu ve huzuru için de ihtiyaçlarının zamanında ve süresinde tedariki ile mümkündür. Sağlık kurumları da bir bünye gibidir. Kurumların hizmetlerini ifa etmesi, bünye gibi hayatını devam ettirmesi ancak ihtiyaçlarının tedariki ile mümkündür. İnsan sağlığına hizmet sunarken, hizmet binasından sarfa kadar birçok hizmet aracına ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Tamda burada ihtiyaçların tedariki için satın alma önem kazanmaktadır. Sağlık hizmetlerinin sunumunda ihtiyaç duyulan ve kurumca üretilemeyen mal ve hizmetlerin tedarik edilmesi hayati önem taşımaktadır. | |
