dc.description.abstractKarma kullanımlı yüksek yapılarla son dönemlerde sık sık karşılaşılmaktadır. Dünyanın pek çok ülkesinde olduğu gibi İstanbul'da da karma kullanımlı yüksek yapıların sayıları giderek artmaktadır. Karma kullanımlı yüksek yapılar birçok işlevi beraber barındıran komplekslerdir. Çalışma kapsamında bu komplekslerden, yüksek yapı sınıfına giren, içerisinde barınma işlevlerinin sağlandığı, konut birimleri incelenmiştir. İnceleme için bir alan seçilmiş ve belirli kriterler doğrultusunda örnek projeler belirlenerek araştırmalar ve karşılaştırmalı analizler yapılmıştır. Karma kullanımlı yüksek yapılarda konutun irdelenmesi için yapılan bu çalışmada tanımlayıcı yöntem, alan çalışması ve karşılaştırmalı yöntem kullanılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmalar doğrultusunda öneriler sunulmuş ve sonuca yer verilmiştir.
dc.description.abstractMixed-use high buildings are frequently encountered in recent times. As in many countries of the world, the number of mixed-use high buildings in Istanbul is also increasing.Mixed-use high buildings are the complexes that contain many functions together. Within the scope of the study, the housing units that are included in the high building class and provided with the housing functions are examined from these complexes.Research and comparative analyses have been conducted by determining a field for examination and sample projects according to specific criteria. Descriptive method, field work and comparative method were used in this study for the evaluation of housing in high-use mixed buildings.Proposals were presented in accordance with the researches and the results were given.
