dc.description.abstractÇalışmamızın konusu Bilgi ve İletişim Teknolojilerinin Sağlık Sektörüne Etkisi olmakla birlikte konu incelenirken ve detaylı analiz edilirken TC Sağlık Bakanlığı'nın özellikle son 10 yıllık uygulamaları ve bilişim alanında kat ettiği yol çalışmanın içeriğini oluşturacaktır. Öncelikle sağlıkta ve tıpta bilgi ve iletişim devriminin önemi, sağladığı olanaklar ve yarattığı sorunlar gözden geçirilecektir. Çalışma üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümü isim olarak yönetim kavramı ve sağlık yönetimi olarak açılmış ve bu bölüm diğer iki ana bölüme hazırlık niteliğinde düşünülmüştür. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümü Sağlıkta Bilişim Sistemleri olarak açılmış ve bu bölüm çalışmanın ana bölümü olarak varsayılabilir. Çalışmanın indeksine bağlı olarak seçilen ve konunun özünü teşkil eden sağlıkta bilişim sistemleri konusu derinlemesine incelenmeye çalışılacaktır. Çalışmanın üçüncü ve son bölümü ise Kamuda Kullanılan Sağlık Yönetim Bilgi Sistemleri olarak açılmış ve bu bölüm çalışmanın ana bölümü olarak düşünülmüştür.
dc.description.abstractSubject of our study is impacts of Information and Communication Technologies on Health Sector while the subject is being reviewed and analyzed deeply, applications and the route taken by Ministry of Health especially in the field of informatics in the last 10 years will form the study's content. First, the importance of the information and communication revolution in health and medicine, and the opportunities and problems caused by technological advancements will be revised. The study consists of three main parts. The first section of the study was opened as Management Concepts and Analysis and this section was intended for preparation for the other two main sections. The second part of the study was opened as Health Information Systems and this section can be presumed as the main part of study. Depending on the selected index and the subject of the study which constitutes the essence of the subject in health information systems will be examined deeply. The third and final part of the study was opened as Health Management Information Systems Used in Public and this section was intended to be the main part of the study.
