dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışmasının konusu ?Kamu Sendikaları, Türkiye'de Kamu Sendikalarının Karşılaştığı Sorunlar ve Çözüm Önerileri? olarak belirlenmiştir. Buna göre, kamu sendikalarının karşılaştığı sorunlar, hem hizmet veren personel hem de hizmeti alan vatandaş açısından, kamu hizmetinin verilme esnasında aksaklıklara sebep olabilmektedir. Türkiye, Avrupa Birliği'ne üye olmanın eşiğine yaklaştığı şu günlerde Uluslararası Çalışma Örgütü (ILO)'nün normlarına eşdeğer ve sendikalar kanunundan kaynaklanan aksaklıkların giderilmesine yardımcı olacak uygulamaları hayata geçirmek zorundadır. Bu sebepten, kamu sendikalarının sorunlarının temeline inilmiş ve bu sorunların giderilmesi için çözümler önerilmeye çalışılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractThe topic of this thesis has been determined as ?Public Unions, The Problems of Public Unions In Turkey and Solution Proposals?. Accordingly, the problems of Public Unions may cause interruptions while providing public services, for both serving officers and citizens in the area of services. Turkey, where close to being a member of the European Union in these days, must implement the practices that will help to eliminate breakdowns caused by union laws and equivalent to the norms of International Labour Organization (ILO). Therefore, the basic problems of Public Unions have been reviewed and been tried to recommend solutions for removing this problems.
