| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzde kurumlar rakiplerine göre Pazar paylarını artırabilmek ve güçlü bir rekabet avantajı sağlayabilmek için müşterisini çok iyi tanıyabilmek, müşterisine ürün, hizmet ve hizmetlerin sunumu anlamında farklılaşmak zorundadırlar. Bu çalışmada iş zekasını tüm katmanlarıyla inceleyerek kurumsal iş zekası yaratmanın getireceği kazanımlar ve kurulum aşamaları konusunda bilgiler verilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bankacılık üzerine örneklemeler yapılarak kurumlara yol gösterilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In today?s competitive markets, motivations such as increasing market share and gaining competitive advantage force corporations to understand their existing and potential customers more than ever before. The key success factors lie in how the companies differentiate themselves in product design, delivery and associated customer service. This study analyzes all the aspects of business intelligence and provides information on the benefits, as well as the necessary investment and implementation processes at the enterprise level. Applications from the banking sector are provided as examples which could also be used as institutional guidance. | |
