dc.description.abstractBu tez çalısması, meslek liselerinde bulunan bölüm seflerinin ögretim liderligi yapma düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla, bölümler bazında ögrenciler üzerinde yapılmıstır. Bu çalısmada ögretim liderligi bes alt boyuttan olusmustur. Arastırma genel tarama modeli ile yapılmıstır. Arastırmanın bölgesini stanbul ili Bagcılar ilçesindeki 6 resmi meslek lisesi olusturmustur. Bu liselerden üç tanesinde bölüm sefi olmadıgından geri kalan üç tanesi örnekleme alınmıstır. Burada ögrenim gören 1537 ögrenciden bölgenin % 55'ini temsil edecek sekilde, yansızlık kuralına göre oransız küme örnekleme yoluyla 845 ögrenci örnege alınmıstır. Arastırma neticesinde asagıdaki sonuçlar ortaya çıkmıstır. 1. Ögrencilerin algılamalarına göre, bölüm sefleri en yüksek ögretim liderligi davranısını bölümün amaçlarının belirlenmesi ve paylasılması boyutunda sergilemislerdir. 2. Ögrencilerin algılamalarına göre, bölüm sefleri en düsük ögretim liderligi davranısını Ögretim süreci ve ögrencilerin degerlendirilmesi boyutunda sergilemislerdir. 3. Bu arastırmanın genel sonucu bölüm seflerinin egitim ögretim liderligi yapmasından çok bölümün idari isleyisiyle ilgilenen bir yönetici konumunda olduklarını göstermektedir.
dc.description.abstractThis research was carrıed out to determine the level of the leadership of training of the heads of the department. The students from different departments were choosen for the research. In the research the leadership of training composed of five sub-dimersicns and the research was carried out accordıng to the general snanning model. Six formal Vocational High School and 1537 students in Bagcılar District, stanbul became the centre of this research. Three of these schools do not have the head of department. As a result of this, the other three schools were used fort he research. From these students according to the rule of randomness, 845 students were taken in to the model with the group random, sampling method to represent the % 55 of the Bagcılar District. As a consequence of the research; such result were found out In accordance wiht the perception of students; 1. The heads of department presented the best performance about their leadership of training to be determined and divided the purposes of the department. 2. The heads of department presented the worst performance about their leadership of Training to be evolueted the students and the duration of training. As a general result of the research; 3. The heads of department are interested in the administrative Works rather than the leadership of training.
