| dc.description.abstract | Kızı, damadı ve torunu ile yaşayan alzheimer hastası Mahmut'un bakış açısından anlatılan bu uzun metraj filmde çekirdek ailenin sosyal, kültürel ve politik kökenli sorunlarına tanıklık edildi. Mahmut'un gözünden görülen tüm olaylar, kesme yapılmadan kamera rejisi ile çekildi. Filmin yan karakterlerinin hayatlarındaki sorunlar Mahmut vasıtasıyla görülürken seyircinin tüm olaylara tanıklık etmesi istendi. Doğal oyunculuk ve diyalog yazımı ile olabildiğince gerçekçi bir dünya sunuldu. Mahmut'u gördüğümüz tüm sahnelerde yardımcı oyuncuların kameraya bakması zaman zaman yabancılaştırma unsuru olarak kullanıldı ve bu sayede filmin biçimi ve içeriği arasında paralellik kuruldu. Bu paralelliğe alzheimer hastalığının belli başlı özelliklerinin eklenmesinin sebebi, toplumsal hafızanın gelip geçiciliğine ve unutkanlığına, aynı zamanda toplumun otorite üzerindeki edilgenliğine dikkat çekilip eleştirel bir boyut getirilmesiydi. | dc.description.abstract | Mahmut is a Alzheimer and he is living with his daughter, his groom and grandson. The plot tells from Mahmut's point of view that can help easily to observe family's social, cultural and political problems. All scene is one shot and long take that are seen from Mahmut's eye. Audience is a witness of all subplots that is happened to supporting actors and actresses. Mahmut is disable to eat and speak because of disease, besides it is a huge difficulty to family, specially his daughter. Audiences fell uncomfortable when characters talk with Mahmut because they will look at the camera and this is used as the method of alienation effect.
