In this situation the real problem is not to search or manage the talents but to provide commitment for retention because from the strategic management view, it is important to make performance sustainable, permanent and high and it is only possible with employee commitment. Within the framework of performance system, our study focuses on how talent management affects to the employee commitment. The survey of this study is conducted on 123 middle and senior managers. The obtained data from the questionnaires are analyzed through the SPSS statistical packaged software. This study aims analysing changes on human resources strategies for the companies where growth strategies have been followed / still being followed in last 10 years.Öğe Liderliğin Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Ve İşten Ayrılma Niyeti Üzerindeki Etkisinde Güvenin Rolü(Marmara Üniversitesi, 2012) Dinç, Esra; Vardarlier, Pelin; Karabay, Melisa Erdilek; Konakay, Gönül; Çetin, CananBu araştırmanın amacı çalışanların algıladıkları liderlik stili ile örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ve işten ayrılma niyeti arasındaki ilişkide güvenin bu ilişkiyi farklılaştıcı (moderatör) bir etkisi olup olmadığını araştırmaktır. Bu ilişkiyi test etmek üzere hazırlanan anket formu 200 çalışan üzerinde uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 13,0 paket programı kullanılmış ve ilişkileri test etmek üzere, faktör analizi, regresyon ve hiyerarşik regresyon analizlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda liderlik ve işten ayrılma niyeti arasındaki ilişkide güvenin moderatör etkisi saptanmazken, liderliğin alt boyutu olan dönüşümcü liderlik ile örgütsel vatandaşlığın alt boyutları arasındaki ilişkide güvenin bazı alt boyutlarının bu ilişkiyi farklılaştıcı (moderatör) etkiye sahip olduğu görülmüştür.Öğe Social Media's Role in Developing an Employees Sense of Belonging in the Work Place as an HRM Strategy(Elsevier Science Bv, 2013) Eren, Erol; Vardarlier, PelinThis study aims to evaluate the strategies of keeping qualified employees within the business by considering the need and desire of maintenance and growth of the business with the use of social media, a new communication medium formed owing to developing electronic technologies of today, as a form of communication, through the eye of the employee. In this study we have dealt with the level of social media-employee interaction and its relationship and its effect on organizational commitment. To determine this effect, we have included the valuation results of the surveys taken with the employees. Thus we tried to show the strategic importance of social media for the business and the recruitment of human resources to match its conditions.
