When the studies are examined, it has been seen that institutionalization has been discussed from two different perspectives which are called old and new approach. The old institutionalization approach refers institutionalization as a structural feature of the firm, while the new institutionalization approach refers institutionalization as a structure that occurs around the company and has a certain effect on the firm.
