Öğe A Research on Leader-Member Exchange from the E-Leadership Perspective(İstanbul Gelişim Üniversitesi, 2021) Sundu, MustafaThe number of virtual organizations and project groups is increasing day by day and the management information systems and information technologies are used effectively in the business environment. The aim of this study is to research Leader Member Exchange (LMX) from e-leadership perspective in the organizations which use digital communication and virtual team applications based on information technologies and to reveal the effects of the developments caused by digitalization on leadership theory. The questionnaire was applied to 238 employees of the firms using information technologies intensively (daily %50 and up). The questionnaire consisted of statements on Leader Member Exchange (LMX) (from the perspective of the member) and Digital Technology Attitude scales. The results obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed by regression modeling and structural equation modeling. Significant relationships were found between the Leader Member Exchange and sub dimensions of Leader Member Exchange (affect, loyalty, contribution and respect) and the digital technology attitudes of the employees of the firms.Öğe Doğal Karar Verme Ölçeği (DKVÖ): Kavramsal Tanım ve Ölçek Geliştirme Çalışması(2020) Sundu, Mustafa; Yaşar, OkanBu çalışmanın amacı doğal karar verme davranışlarını ölçmede kullanılabilecek“Doğal Karar Verme Ölçeği”ni geliştirmektir. Ölçeğin geçerlilik ve güvenirlilikçalışmaları en az 10 yıl deneyimi bulunan 554 yöneticinin (63 itfaiyeci, 143 polis, 12acil servis ekibi, 184 askeri personel ve 152 yönetici) katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir.Ölçek geliştirme çalışmasında açıklayıcı faktör analizi kullanılmış, kriter geçerliliğiyapılmış, madde ayırt edicilikleri belirlenmiş, paralel test yapılmış ve Cronbach Alphagüvenirlik değeri (?=0.809) hesaplanmıştır. When the studies are examined, it has been seen that institutionalization has been discussed from two different perspectives which are called old and new approach. The old institutionalization approach refers institutionalization as a structural feature of the firm, while the new institutionalization approach refers institutionalization as a structure that occurs around the company and has a certain effect on the firm. In this study, it was aimed to develop the scale for measuring institutionalization from both perspectives. Institutionalization scale from the perspective of the old institutionalization was developed by measuring the organizational institutionalization level of the company. Institutionalization scale from the perspective of the new institutionalization was developed by measuring the managers' perception of institutional forces existing in the environment of the company. Firstly a pilot study is conducted with a sample of 100 firm and then main study is conducted on with a sample of 392 firms internationalized by using obtained data from questionaries. Reliability and validity of obtained data was assured and the exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were conducted respectively. Statistically reliable and valid institutionalization scale is developed. Validity and reliability studies of the scale were conducted with the participation of 554 managers 63 firefighters, 143 police officers, 12 emergency medicine technicians, 184 military officers and 152 managers with at least 10 years of experience. In the scale development study, explanatory factor analysis, content validation, parallel tests item, discriminant and convergent validation tests conducted. This cross-sectional was carried out among nurses who work in teaching and research hospitals. A total of 600 (547 women/53 men) people participated in the study. The Personal Information Form was developed by the researcher, the Work Alienation Scale developed by Mottaz (1981), The Five Factor Personality Features Scale developed by John et al (1991), were also used. These are applied to the nurses which form the sample of the research. In the evaluation of the data; frequency analysis, correlation analysis, structural regression and path analysis were used. In the neurotic personality of personality traits of nurses had an influence on dimension of meaninglessness of work alienation and five other personality traits were found to have no significant effect on work alienation.Öğe TÜKETİCİ KARAR VERME STİLİ İLE DÜŞÜNME STİLİ İLİŞKİSİ(Kenan ÇELİK, 2017) Sundu, Mustafa; Yaşar, OkanBu çalışmanın amacı; tüketicilerin karar davranışlarını incelemek ve tüketici karar verme stili ile tüketicilerin düşünme stilleri arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktır. Tüketicilerin satın alma davranışları pazarlama disiplininin ana konularından birisidir. Satın alma davranışı ile ilişkili olan konuların başında karar verme davranışı gelmektedir. Bu sebeple karar verme davranışının ilişkili olduğu değişkenlerin incelenmesi tüketicilerin satın alma davranışlarını açıklamada önemli bir yer tutar. Düşünme stili, kişilerin seçimleriyle ilgili konularda bilgilerin işlenmesiyle ilgili tercihleridir ve tüketicilerin yaptığı seçimler üzerindeki etkisi kaçınılmazdır. Araştırma kapsamında, İstanbul ili Bakırköy ilçesindeki alışveriş merkezlerindeki tüketicilerden anket yoluyla veri toplanmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda, tüketici karar verme stilinin düşünme stili ile ilişkisi saptanmış, ayrıca tüketici karar verme stilinin demografik değişkenlerde farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığı incelenmiştir. Bu kapsamda; eğitim seviyeleri ve yaşlara göre faklıllaşmadığı, cinsiyet ve gelir durumlarına göre farklılaştığı görülmüştür.
