dc.description.abstractGlobalization throughout the world and the rapid transformation of this fact every day leads the world's countries to manage and accurate detection. Economic prosperity of each country increases as a result of economic, social and cultural development. Entrepreneurs play a role as a power engine to carry out this development. At this point, given the proportion of young people in a developing country such as Turkey to determine trends in managing regional entrepreneurial activities are of great importance in terms of the sustainability of the country's economy. To support the entrepreneurial activities of female entrepreneurs, young entrepreneurs and people with disabilities who should be seen as a potential entrepreneur is of great importance. This support is part of the most rapid and effective method of value to the investigation of a means of promoting micro-finance can be applied emerges as a financing element. In this study, firstly theoretical information is given about the entrepreneurship in general by giving information about the the entrepreneurship in Turkey; in addition the study focuses on the micro-finance application under entrepreneurial incentives
dc.description.abstractDünyada yaşanan küreselleşme ve gün geçtikçe bu olgunun hızlı dönüşümü dünya ülkelerini bu döngüyü doğru algılamaya ve yönetmeye yönlendirmektedir. Ülkelerin ekonomik refah düzeyleri ekonomik, sosyal ve kültürel kalkınmalarının sonucunda artar. Girişimciler bu kalkınmayı gerçekleştirebilecek motor gücü olarak rol oynamaktadırlar. Bu noktada Türkiye gibi gelişmekte olan bir ülkenin genç nüfus oranı göz önüne alındığında bölgesel girişimcilik faaliyetlerini yönetmedeki eğilimlerin belirlenmesi genel ülke ekonomisinin sürdürülebilirliği anlamında büyük önem arz etmektedir. Toplumda potansiyel girişimci olarak görülmesi gereken kadın ve genç girişimciler ile engellilerin girişimcilik faaliyetlerinin desteklenmesi büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu destek kapsamında en hızlı ve etkin bir şekilde uygulamaya konulabilecek bir teşvik aracı olan mikro finans yöntemi de incelemeye değer bir finansman unsuru olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada öncelikle girişimcilik olgusu üzerinde durularak, Türkiye’de girişimcilik faaliyetleri ile ilgili bilgiler verilmekte; bunun yanı sıra, girişimcilik teşvikleri kapsamında mikro finans kredi uygulamaları üzerinde durulmaktadır.
