dc.description.abstractİşletmelerin ahlaki değerleri ile birlikte sosyal sorumluluklarının da öneminin giderek artması, esas olan insan mutluluğu ve refahını artırma anlayışının işletmelerde yavaş yavaş yerleştiğinin bir göstergesi olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bu nedenle işletmeler, toplumsal sorunların çözümüne ve çağdaş yaşam standardının gelişmesine yönelik çeşitli strateji ve projeler ortaya koymaktadırlar. Yapılan bu çalışma, bu alanda faaliyet gösteren akaryakıt ve madeni yağ dağıtım şirketlerinin iş hayatında oynadığı önemli rol ile çağdaş yaşam standardını yükseltme anlayışına olan katkılarını belirleyerek, uzun vadede elde edilen karların yaşamlarını nasıl sürekli kılacağını ve topluma nasıl hizmet ederek amaçlarını yerine getirecekleri konusunu açıklamaya çalışmaktadır
dc.description.abstractIncreasing of the ethical value of the companies beside social responsibility is accepted as an indicator of increasing people’s happiness and welfare step by step in the companies. Therefore the companies submit several project and strategies regarding development of modern life standards and solving of social problems. This study defines the contribution of increasing modern life standards and considerable roles that fuel oil and lubes oil companies have and tries to explain how they implement their goals by serving to society and how the long term benefits make their life longer do.
