dc.description.abstractNowadays, digital transformation is evident in all aspects of life as processes are being replaced with smart systems, enhancing satisfaction levels with increased online services.By converting traditional programs into modern digital programs, it facilitates the work of human resource managers. Along the way, in addition to having a specific goal, all ideas must be prioritized. To prevent any disruptions to work, everyone should have a comprehensive partnership in this system, along with the organization’s culture. This section discusses the benefits, disadvantages, and key factors that lead to digital transformation in the organization, reducing time, error percentage, and costs separately.In addition to reducing risk, this strategic model also leads to learning new capabilities for sustainable feedback. © 2025 by IGI Global Scientific Publishing.
