This paper investigates recent analytics related programs in Turkey and determines whether these programs can meet the needs and demands of the companies by considering the literature on analytics education and assessing a maturity score based on the offered analytics related classes.Öğe Pollen morphology of eight endemicInulaL. (Asteraceae) species in Turkey(Taylor & Francis Inc, 2021) Kilic, Nurgul Karlioglu; Dagdeviren, Ruya Yilmaz; Paksoy, Mehmet Yavuz; Yaman, Tutku TuncaliThe pollen morphology of eight endemic species of the genusInulaL. (Asteraceae) -I. heleniumsubsp.orgyalis(Boiss.) Grierson,I. heleniumsubsp.vanensisGrierson,I. macrocephalaBoiss. & Kotschy ex Boiss.,I. discoideaBoiss.,I. saranaBoiss.,I. fragilisBoiss. & Hausskn.,I. anatolicaBoiss. andI. sechmeniiHartvig & Strid - distributed in Turkey was studied with light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. We found that the pollen of theseInulataxa are prolate-spheroidal in shape (except inInula discoidea), with the polar axis ranging from 19.18 to 33.14 mu m and the equatorial diameter ranging from 18.54 to 32.92 mu m. The pollen grains are tricolporate and their ornamentation is echinate. The exine thickness ranges from 0.87 to 2.07 mu m. As this study demonstrates, results of Principal Component Analysis are revealed that some of the pollen characters, such as spine length and width, are significant morphological characters for taxonomic discrimination of the eight endemicInulataxa. According to cluster analysis, two main groups of examined taxa are constituted.Öğe Warehouse Location Selection Decision Systems for Medical Sector(IEEE, 2020) Yaman, Tutku Tuncali; Akkartal, Gonca ReyhanWarehousing as well known, one of the most important parts of logistics. Today, the efficient and safe operation of storage activities are vital for companies. For this reason, companies have to pay attention to many factors when they are going to construct a warehouse. The most important factors are the structure of land, service availability, the geographical location, distance to customs or ports, climate, natural disaster risk, the social structure of the environment, distance to service markets, infrastructure availability (electricity, gas, natural gas), distance to hospitals and pharmacies. The goal of the paper is to evaluate the factors affecting the decision-making process of location selection of a warehouse for medical materials and services. As part of special material handling, medical goods need to be handled much more carefully. That is why, as far as the medical issues concerned additional criteria might be taken into consideration by the decision-makers. The priorities and alternatives will he discussed and ranked in the following part of this research. Besides, basic and supplementary criteria and their interrelation are determined by Pythagorean fuzzy set (PFS) based DEMATFA, technique in order to he a guide for the medical executives.
