| dc.description.abstract | Bu Tez Çalışmasında; Stratejik yönetim düşüncesinin şirket birleşmelerine bakışı ele alınmaktadır. Buna göre, stratejik yönetim işletmelerin geleceğe yönelik amaç ve hedeflerin belirlenmesine ve bu hedeflere ulaşabilmesi için yapılması gereken işlerin tespit edilmesini sağlayan yönetim biçimi olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. 1980 ve 1990'lı yıllarda bütün dünyada önem kazanmış ve 2000'li yıllarda yüksek hacimlere ulaşmıştır. Birleşmelerdeki başarı ve başarısızlık nedenleri incelenmiş. Bu bağlamda, son yıllarda artarak devam eden şirket birleşmeleri stratejik yönetim açısından nasıl değerlendirilmektedir? Bu soruya yanıt aranmıştır. | |
