Kurumsal duygusal hafıza ile örgütsel öğrenme, firma yenilikçiliği ve firma performansı arasındaki ilişkiler

Özet
Kurumda, duygusal hafızanın yaratılması ve paylaşılması, yani deneyimlerin, kolektif hislerin, tecrübelerin paylaşılması, öğrenme kanallarının açık tutulması, çalışanların bu konuda desteklenmesi, bilinçlendirilmesi ve birlikte çalışma kültürünün oluşturulması, kurumun rekabetçi yeteneğini artırarak performansını etkilemektedir. Yönetim literatüründe kurumsal duygusal hafızanın, bildirimsel ve işlevsel hafıza ile firma yenilikçiliğine olan etkisi araştırılmıştır. Ancak, kurumsal duygusal hafızanın, örgütsel öğrenme, firma yenilikçiliği ve firma performansına olan etkisi incelenmemiştir. Bu amaçla, tez çalışmasında; kurumsal duygusal hafıza ile örgütsel öğrenme, firma yenilikçiliği ve firma performansı arasındaki ilişkiler amprik olarak test edilmiştir. Araştırma, İstanbul ve Kocaeli illerinde bulunan firmaların yönetici durumundaki personeline, 2016 yılında uygulanmıştır. Araştırmaya 105 firmadan 490 kişi katılmıştır. Araştırma ile 1) örgütsel seviyede duygusal hafıza seviyesi, yayılımı ve depolanmasının örgütsel öğrenme, firma yenilikçiliği ve firma performansı ile pozitif ilişkili olduğu, 2) örgütsel öğrenme ve firma yenilikçiliğinin firma performansı üzerinde pozitif etkisi olduğu, 3) örgütsel seviyede duygusal hafıza seviyesi ve yayılımı ile firma performansı arasındaki ilişkide örgütsel öğrenme ve firma yenilikçiliğinin tam ara değişken etkisinin olduğu ve 4) örgütsel seviyede duygusal hafıza depolanması ile firma performansı arasındaki ilişkide firma yenilikçiliğinin kısmi ara değişken rolü oynadığı tespit edilmiştir.
The organization increases its competitive ability and affects its performance by the way of creation and sharing of emotional memory in the organization such as sharing of experiences and collective senses, keeping learning channels open, supporting for employees in this issue, creation of consciousness and collaboration culture. The effect of organizational emotional memory on firm innovativeness through declarative and functional memory has been researched in management literature. However, organizational emotional memory have not been examined its impact on organizational learning, firm innovativeness and firm performance. In this study, The relationship between organizational emotional memory with organizational learning, firm innovativeness, and firm performance was empirically tested. The research was implemented on the staff of the managers of the companies located in Istanbul and Kocaeli cities in 2016. Survey form was used as data collection tool in the research. The main application was realized with 490 participants from 105 companies. The followings were determined by this research; 1) The level, sharing and storage of emotional memory at the organizational level is positively associated with organizational learning, firm innovation and company performance; 2) Organizational learning and firm innovation have a positive effect on firm performance; 3) At the relationship between firm performance and the level and sharing of emotional memory at the organizational level; organizational learning and company innovation have a full intermediate variable effect; 4) At the relationship between firm performance and the storage of emotional memory at the organizational level; firm performance plays a part in the interim variable role.
