dc.description.abstractYaşam kalitesi, bireyin ekonomik, sosyal, sağlık ve psikolojik açıdan içinde bulunduğu durumun kendisinde oluşturduğu hoşnutluk duygusu ile ilgilidir. Yaşam kalitesini artıran ve azaltan bir takım durumların var olduğu bilinmektedir. Yaşam kalitesinin düzeyini belirlemek için bazı göstergelerden ve bu göstergelerle paralel biçimde kullanılabilen ölçeklerden yararlanılabilir. Bu sayede bireylerin yaşam kalitesi algılarını tespit etmek mümkündür. Yoğun ve yorucu iş temposu içerisinde ve aynı zamanda gündelik yaşam döngüsü çerçevesinde bir takım sorumluluklara, rollere sahip olan bireyler için yaşam kalitesi çok daha önemli bir hal almaktadır. Sağlık sektörü bünyesinde hizmet vermekte olan hemşireler için yaşam kalitesinin yüksek ya da düşük olması iş ve gündelik yaşamları bakımından değerlendirilmesi gereken özellikli sonuçlar içermektedir. Bu çalışma kapsamında hemşirelerin yaşam kalitesi algısı tespit edilmeye çalışılmaktadır. Bu yönde yapılan araştırmada, veri toplama tekniği olarak anket tekniği benimsenmiş ve WHOQOL ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Örneklem, Antalya Atatürk Devlet Hastanesi çalışanları arasından tespit edilmiştir. Veriler frekans analizi ve ki kare testleri ile analiz edilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları sağlık çalışanlarının yaşam kalitelerinin en fazla çalışma koşullarından etkilendiği, fiziksel sağlık sorunlarının görülebildiğini, ama genel anlamda bedensel ve psikolojik açıdan sağlıklı bir yaşam sürüldüğünü göstermektedir. dc.description.abstractQuality of life, an individual's economic, social, health and psychological aspects of the situation in itself creates a sense of satisfaction that is associated with. Enhance quality of life and reducing a number of situations are known to exist. To determine the level of quality of life and some of the indicators that can be used in parallel with the indicator scale utilized. In this way it is possible to identify individuals' perceptions of quality of life. Pace of work within a busy and tiring at the same time a number of responsibilities in the context of everyday life cycle, the quality of life for individuals who have roles are becoming much more important. Providing services within the health sector in the quality of life for nurses who have high or low should be evaluated in terms of business and everyday life include specific results. Scope of this study to determine nurses' perception of quality of life are being studied. Research in this direction as the data collection techniques adopted and the WHOQOL questionnaire was used to survey. The sample from Antalya Ataturk State Hospital employees have been identified. Data on frequency analysis and chi-square tests were analysed and interpreted. Research results most of the working conditions of health workers is affected by the quality of life, physical health problems could be seen, but in general, physically and psychologically driven shows that a healthy lifestyle.
