Özet
Sürekli gelişim ve değişim içinde olan insanoğlunun yaşam koşullarında meydana gelen iyileşme sınırsız olan ihtiyaçlarını daha da arttırmış, insanoğlu ihtiyaçlar hiyerarşisine üst basamaklardan devam eder olmuştur. Bu sürekli değişen ve gelişen istekleri sağlık hizmetlerinden de beklentinin değişmesine ve artmasına neden olmuştur. Hastanelerin bu beklentileri karşılayabilmesi için kaynaya ihtiyacı vardır. Bu kaynaklara sahip olmanın yanısıra sahip olduğu kaynakları etkin ve verimli kullanabilmesi gereklidir. Malzemeler, hastanelerin sağlık hizmetini zamanında ve kaliteli verebilmelerini sağlarlar. Malzeme giderleri ise toplam hastane bütçesinin önemli bir bölümünü oluşturmaktadır. Malzeme Yönetim Sistemi, bulunduğu örgütün yapısına bağlı olarak örgüt içerisinde bağımsız bir birim ya da birimler içerisinde küçük bürolar halinde kurulabilir. Dr. Suat Seren Göğüs Hastalıkları ve Cerrahisi Eğitim Araştırma Hastanesi Kemoterapi Ünitesinde yapılan bu çalışmanın temel amacı hastanelerdeki malzeme yönetim süreci içerisinde optimum stok belirleme yöntemlerinin önemini vurgulamaktır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde malzeme ve malzeme yönetimi konusunda genel bilgiler, malzeme yönetiminin işletmeler ve hastaneler açısından önemi açıklanmış ve hastanelerde malzeme yönetim organizasyon modelleri verilmiştir. Malzeme ihtiyaç planlaması, satın alma ve satın alma yöntemleri stok kontrol yöntemleri, depolama, taşıma dağıtım, kalite kontrol ve atıkların değerlendirilmesi konularını içeren malzeme yönetim fonksiyonları hakkında bilgiler sunulmuştur. İkinci Bölümde hastane işletmelerinde stok kavramı, stokların sınıflandırılması, stok yönetimi ve malzeme ihtiyaç planlaması üzerinde durulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde, malzeme ihtiyaç planlaması içerisinde optimum stok belirleme yöntemleri anlatılmıştır. Optimum stok belirleme yöntemleri konusunda saha uygulaması yapılmıştır. Uygulamada Dr. Suat Seren Göğüs Hasatlıkları Ve Cerrahisi Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi'nde Hastane Bilgi Sistemi Destekli eczane deposu ve kemoterapi ünitesi ilaç stokları değerlendirilmiş ve optimum stok belirleme yöntemleri için bilgisayar yazılımı tasarlanmıştır. Tasarlanan bilgisayar yazılımına veriler girilerek ortaya çıkan sonuçları üzerine değerlendirme yapılmıştır.
