Özet
Kişinin ruh bilimsel yönden irdelenerek, fiziksel nitelikleri ve çevresi ile ilişkileri bir bütün olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın konusu çalışanların sahip olduğu kişilik özelliklerinin çatışma yönetimi üzerinde etkisi olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın amacında ise, kişilik, kişilik özellikleri ve çatışma nedenleri açıklanarak çalışanların sahip olduğu kişilik özelliklerinin çatışma yönetimi üzerindeki etkisi ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışma, literatür taramasının yanında akaryakıt sektöründe faaliyet gösteren uluslararası bir kuruluşun çalışanları üzerinde yapılan anket ile desteklenmiştir.
One's being examined psychologically, his or her physical traits and relationships with his or her environment should be assessed as a whole. In this context, the subject of the study is the effect of the personality traits that the employees have on the conflict management.The aim of the study is to reveal the effect of the personality traits that the employees have on the conflict management by explaining personality, personality traits and conflict reasons. The study is supported by a survey made on the employees of an international operating in the sector as well as literature search fuel.
