Özet
Araştırmada siyasi hayatımızda önemli bir siyasal aktör olan Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi'nin tanımladığı siyasal kimliği tanımlarken beraberinde siyasal kimlik arayışları incelenmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçların Türk siyasi hayatında siyasal kimlik arayışları bağlamında söylem ve uygulamaların uyumluluğu hakkında yapılan tartışmalara yol göstermesi açısından önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir. Yöntem olarak ele alınan konunun sınırlarını belirleyen kavramsal tanımlamalar "Kimlik" kavramına genel bir bakış, Türkiye'de temel kimlik arayışları ve nihayetinde Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi'nin geliştirmeye çalıştığı "Muhafazakar Demokratlık" olarak adlandırdığı siyasal kimlik, geliştirdiği temel parametreleri anlatılmaya çalışılmış, tanımladığı siyasal kimliği konusunda yapılan bilimsel tartışmalar ışığında başka siyasal kimlik görünümlerine de sahip olduğu konusu incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmada AK Parti'nin siyasal kimliğinin Muhafazakar Demokrat olmasının yanında Müslüman Demokrat, Liberal Demokrat görünmesinin, uygulamalarına baktığımızda dindarların beklentilerini karşılamasının yanında liberal ekonomik uygulamaları ile merkez sağda yer alan liberallerinde beklentilerini verdiğini,; diğer yandan çeşitli kimlik talepleriyle ortaya çıkanların taleplerine karşılık vermeye çalışması ;muhafazakar demokrat siyasal kimlik tanımının diğer siyasal kimlik kavramlarını da içine aldığı sonucuna varabiliriz.
In this study, an important political actors in our political life that is defined by the Justice and Development Party in defining political identity are examined along with the search for political identity. The results obtained in the context of the search for identity in Turkish political life, political discourse and practices to guide the debate about the compatibility is thought to be important.
