Kimyasal üretim sektöründe tedarik zinciri yönetimi kapsamında ABC analizi ve bulanık AHP yöntemi ile tedarikçi seçimine yönelik bir uygulama

Özet
Küreselleşmenin getirisi ile artan uluslararası ticaret, yükselen trendler, hızlı artan rekabet koşulları; işletmeleri müşteri ihtiyaçlarına cevap verebilmek, maliyetli azaltmak için yeni arayışlar içine girmişlerdir. İşletmelerin varlıklarını sürdürebilmesi için dengeli stok yönetimi ve doğru tedarikçi seçimi çok önemlidir. Bu çalışmada kimyasal ürünler üreten bir firmada stok kalemleri için ABC sınıflandırma analizi ile, analiz edilmiş stokların önem dereceleri, A sınıfı stok kalemleri belirlenmiş ve bu önemli stok kalemlerinin kalite ve fiyat gibi kriterlerini dengeli tutabilmesi için uygun tedarikçi seçimi yapılmıştır. Bu seçim için alınan uzman görüşleri sayısal olmadığı için bulanık AHP yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Tedarikçi seçiminin en uygun şekilde yapılması için gereken kriterlerin optimum şekilde hesaplanması gerekmektedir bunun için Çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerine başvurulmuştur Bu yöntemler için uzman görüşlerine başvurulmuş ve anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Bu görülerin sübjektif olması ve kesin olmaması nedeniyle bu değerlendirmeleri sayısallaştırabilmek için daha önce de bahsettiğimiz gibi bulanık AHP yöntemi bizim için en uygun yöntemdir.
Increasing international trade with the return of globalization, rising trends, rapidly increasing competition conditions make businesses have entered into new searches in order to provide answers that their customers can offer and to reduce costs. Inventory management and selection of the right supplier are very important for the sustainability of business assets. In this study, in a factory that produces chemical products is used. The importance levels of the analyzed stocks were determined by ABC thinking analysis for stock items, as well as class A stock items. Appropriate supplier selection was made for these important stock items in order to meet criteria such as quality and price. For this selection, expert opinion was taken, were not numerical. For this reason the Fuzzy AHP method was used. In order fort he supplier to be selected in the most appropriate way, the criteria needed to be calculated optimally, multi criteria decision making methods were used for this. Expert opinions were consulted for these methods and a survey study was conducted. As we mentioned before, fuzzy AHP method is the most suitable method for us to quantify these evaluations, since these views are subjective and inconclusive.
