Özet
Araştırma, hemşirelerin doku/organ bağışı ve nakline yönelik bilgi tutumların belirleyerek ülkemizde doku/organ bağışı ve nakli ile ilgili bilimsel çalışmalara katkı sağlamak amacıyla yapıldı. Çalışma 15.01.2014-15.02.2014 tarihleri arasında Bursa Muammer Ağım Gemlik Devlet Hastanesinde çalışan 120 hemşire ile yapıldı. Araştırmada veriler hemşirelere yönelik hazırlanan anket formu uygulanarak toplandı. Araştırmada elde edilen bulguların değerlendirilmesinde SSPS 13,0 paket programı kullanıldı. Verilerin istatistiksel değerlendirilmesinde; ortalama, standart sapma, yüzdelik ve ki-kare testleri kullanıldı. Elde edilen sonuçlar %95'lik güven aralığında, anlamlılığı p<0.05düzeyinde olmak üzere değerlendirildi. Verilerden elde edilen sonuçlara göre; Hemşirelerin %89'unun (n:89) doku/organ bağışı ve naklini desteklemesine karşın %79'unun (n:79) doku/organ bağışında bulunmadığı saptandı. Hemşirelerin doku/organ bağışında bulunmama sebepleri incelendiğinde; %16'sı korku, %12'si Güvensizlik ve %44'üde diğer nedenleri gösterdikleri saptandı.
The research was performed in order to contribute to the scientific studies on tissue/organ donation and transplantation by identifying nurses' attitudes towards to knowledge of tissue /organ donation and transplantation the country. The research was carried out between 15.01.2014-15.02.2014 among 120 nurses working at Bursa Muammer Ağım Gemlik State Hospital. The research data were collected via a questionnaire prepared for nurses. The results were evaluated by using SSPS 13.0 software package. The mean, standard deviation, percentage and chi-square tests were used while evaluating the data statistically. The obtained results are at 95% confidence interval and significance is analyzed as p<0.05 level. According to the results, although 89% of the nurses support tissue/organ donation and transplantation, 79% of them have not donated their organs. When the reasons of not donating organs are examined, it is found out that 16% fear, 12% insecurity and 44% other courses are main reasons.
