Özet
Bu tez çalışmasında, okul müdürlerinin kültürel değerlerinin yönetim üzerindeki etkileri ele alınmıştır. Araştırma anket uygulaması şeklinde yürütülmüştür. Anket maddeleri, proje konusuna uygun şekilde düzenlenmiş olan sorulardan oluşmaktadır. Anketlerin uygulanması İstanbul'un Avrupa yakasında bulunan Kocasinan Lisesi, Bahçelievler Anadolu Lisesi, Yenibosna İHKİB Lisesi, E. Avcı Anadolu Ticaret Lisesi ve Endüstri Meslek Lisesi, Türkiye Gazetesi Ticaret Meslek Lisesi, Kocasinan Ticaret Lisesi ve Endüstri Meslek Lisesi, Sosyal Bilimler Lisesi, Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Lisesi, Çobançeşme Lisesi ve Yenibosna Lisesinde görev yapan öğretmenlerle yapılmıştır
In this thesis work; the influnce of the culturel values of the school administration over the leadership is being considered. The rerearch was carried out as a work of questionaires. The questionaire items are consisted of questions that are organised according to the project subject. The questionaires were carried out among the teachers from Kocasinen High School, Bahçelievler Anatolian High School, Yenibosna İHKİB High School, E. Avcı Anatolian Trade Vocational High School, Türkiye Gazetesi Trade Vocational High School, Kocasinan Trade and Industry Vocational High School, Social Sciences High School, Necip Fazıl Kısakürek High School, Çobançeşme High School and Yenibosna High School which are located in European part of İstanbul.
