| dc.description.abstract | Bir toplumun gelişmişlik düzeyine ulaşması ve kalkınması ekonomik gücüyle eş değerde bağlantılıdır. Ekonomik güç ise üretim gücüne, sanayinin gelişimine, teknolojiye ve bu teknolojiye uyum sağlayabilme gücüne dayalıdır. Bu nedenle toplumun gelişebilmesi ve teknolojinin gerektirdiği bilgi düzeyine sahip olarak uyum sağlayabilmesi ayrıca bu donanımı çeşitli teknik araçlar kullanarak iş hayatına yansıtabilmesi gerekmektedir. Bunun yolu da gerekli bilgi ve beceri düzeyine sahip olacak nitelikli eleman yetiştirilmesiyle mümkündür.Nitelikli elaman yetiştirme amacıyla kurulmuş olan mesleki teknik eğitim okulları, öğrencilerinin kendi branşlarında güncel teorik ve pratik bilgileri almış olarak iş hayatına atılmaları beklentisi içerisindedir. Bu öğrencilerin iş hayatına hazırlanmasında en az okuldaki eğitim ve öğretimleri kadar kendi branşlarındaki mesleki eğitimlerine de yoğunlaşmalarını gerektiren staj eğitimlerinin de büyük önemi vardır. Bildiğimiz gibi hiçbir yapay ortam gerçeğinin yerini tutamayacağından, öğrencilerin yapmış oldukları stajların; mesleki gelişimlerine etkileri çok büyüktür.Bu araştırma ile meslek lisesi öğrencilerinin yaptıkları stajların; mesleki gelişimlerine etkileri; 2 ayrı endüstri meslek lisesinde, toplam 500 adet 11. sınıfta okuyan ve bir işletmede staj eğitimine devam eden öğrencilere yapılan anket ile öğrencilerin görüş ve düşünceleri doğrultusunda tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.Araştırma sonucunda; Staj yapan öğrencilerin gelecekteki iş yaşamlarında yapmak istedikleri meslek ile ilgi daha fazla bilgi ve mesleki beceriye sahip olduklarını, bunun yanı sıra öğrencilerin kişisel bilgi ve becerilerini de sergilemeye imkân kazandıkları görülmüştür. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The improvement level of the society is so stricted with the economical development power.The economical power is bounded to the production power,development of industry,technology and the concordance power with technology.For this reason, various technical tools for to reflect business life is so needed for the development of the society and the aimed technological level .The way of this is essential data and the training of qualified personel.The expectation from vocational technical schools, which are founded to train qualified personnel, is to take students a step in business life by taking academic and daily acquaintance.Probation period which is focused on highly itensified professional training is so important for these students to prepare business life career.As we all know that no artificial method take place the truth one so the probation period is the best way in training.With this research,the utilities of probation period is verified in a survey done in 2 industrial vocational schools comprimising 500 students in different areasAs a result of research;students completed probation period have so professiaoanl skills and acknowledge for target job in future and also behind of all these facts students have chance to show their personal skills. | |
