dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı TMMOB Mimarlar Odası İstanbul Büyükkent Şubesi Anadolu 2. Büyük Kent Bölge Temsilciliğine üye mimarların iş stresi, iş tatmini ve yaşam tatmin düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın örneklemini TMMOB Mimarlar Odası İstanbul Büyükkent Şubesi Anadolu 2. Büyük Kent Bölge Temsilciliğine üye mimarlardan araştırmaya gönüllü olarak katılan 202 mimar oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak dört bölümden oluşan anket formu kullanılmıştır. Anket formunun birinci bölümünde, mimarların kişisel bilgilerine yönelik 5 soru, ikinci bölümde ise Cohen ve Williamson (1988) tarafından geliştirilmiş iş stres ölçeği, üçüncü bölümde Hackman ve Oldham (1980), tarafından geliştirilen iş tatmin ölçeği, anketin dördüncü kısmında ise Deiner ve arkadaşları (1985) tarafından geliştirilen yaşam tatmin ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın Hipotezlerini test etmek amacıyla, t-testi, anova, korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlarına göre, iş tatmini, yaşam tatmini ve iş stresi düzeylerinde medeni durum, eğitim düzeyleri ve katılımcıların cinsiyeti açısından anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır. Araştırmada, yaşam tatmini ile mimarlık süresi arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur. Araştırma sonuçları, iş tatmini ile yaşam tatmini arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişki bulunduğunu göstermektedir. İş stresi ile yaşam tatmini arasında negatif yönde anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur. İş tatmini ile iş stresi arasında negatif yönde anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to examine the relationships between the work stress, job satisfaction and life satisfaction levels of architects who are members of TMMOB Chamber of Architects Istanbul Büyükkent Branch Anatolia 2nd Big City Regional Representation. The sample of the study consisted of 202 architects who voluntarily participated in the research, among the architects who are members of the Istanbul Büyükkent Branch of the Chamber of Architects of Turkey, Anatolia 2nd Big City Regional Representation. A questionnaire form consisting of four parts was used as a data collection tool in the study. In the first part of the questionnaire, 5 questions about the personal information of the architects, in the second part, the job stress scale developed by Cohen and Williamson (1988), the job satisfaction scale developed by Hackman and Oldham (1980) in the third part, Deiner et al. 1985), the life satisfaction scale was used. In order to test the Hypotheses of the research, t-test, anova, correlation and regression analysis were performed. According to the results of the study, there was no significant difference in job satisfaction, life satisfaction and job stress levels in terms of marital status, education levels and gender of the participants. In the research, a positive significant relationship was found between life satisfaction and duration of architecture. Research results show that there is a positive significant relationship between job satisfaction and life satisfaction. A significant negative correlation was found between job stress and life satisfaction. There was a significant negative relationship between job satisfaction and job stress.
