Hemşirelik hizmetlerinde ücretlendirme ve dağıtım adaleti algısını etkileyen faktörler

Özet
İnsan sağlığına hizmet eden sağlık sektöründe en kalabalık meslek grubunu hemşireler oluşturur. Hemşireler, çağdaş rolleri ve fonksiyonları ile sağlık sektörünün vazgeçilmez elemanlarındandır. Verilen sağlık hizmetinin her aşamasını etkileyebilirler. Tüm insanlarda olduğu gibi hemşireler içinde ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak için alınan ücret önem arz eder. Ülkemizde hemşirelerin aldığı ücrete, devlet politikaları ile sağlık politikaları yön vermektedir. Bu araştırma; hemşirelerin aldığı ücretteki dağıtım adaleti algılarını, bu algıları ile ek ödemeler ve ücretin hemşireler üzerindeki etkilerini incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda hazırlanan anket formu İç Anadolu ve Karadeniz Bölgesinde devlet ve üniversite hastanelerinde çalışan hemşireler ile internet üzerinden çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden toplam 243 hemşireye uygulanmıştır. Araştırma devlet ve üniversite hastanelerinde çalışan hemşireler ile kısıtlı tutulmuştur. Anketlerden elde edilen veriler bilgisayar ortamında SPSS 16.0 paket programı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada faktör analizi, korelasyon ve regresyon analizine yer verilmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda, iş ve sosyal yaşam faktörü ile ekip ruhu faktörünün ücretin dağıtım adaleti algısı üzerinde doğrudan ve pozitif yönlü etkisi olduğu bulunmuştur. Sonuçlar yorumlanmış, akademisyen ve sağlık yöneticilerine çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
In health sector, which serves human health, the most numerous occupational group is comprised of nurses. With their contemporary roles and functions, nurses are one of the indispensible components. They can affect any stage of the health services provided. As well as for anybody, for nurses as well, the salaries they earn to meet their requirements are of great importance. In our country, Turkey, the salary a nurse earns is determined by the state and health policies. This study was carried out to find out not only the perceptions of fairness of salary distribution among nurses but also together with this perception, the impacts of supplementary payments and salaries on nurses. A questionnaire prepared in accordance with the aim was conducted on a total of 243 nurses working at state hospitals and university hospitals in Central Anatolia Region and Black Sea Region. The participants filled in the questionnaire either individually or via the Internet. The study was confined to nurses only that work at state or university hospitals. The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS 16.0 packed program. In the study, factor analysis, correlation and regression analysis were not included. Based on the analysis carried out, it has been found out that not only work life and social life factors but also team soul factors have direct and positive effects on the perception of the fair distribution of the wages. The results were interpreted. Academicians and health managers were given various recommendations.
