Özet
Bu çalısma ile okul müdürlerinin yönetim süreçleri ile ilgili davranıslarının ögretmen verimliligi üzerine etkisi arastırılmıstır. Bu kapsamda genel olarak; okul müdürlerinin planlama, örgütleme, karar verme, esgüdümlüme ve degerlendirme ve denetlemeye iliskin okulda yapılması gereken islerle ilgili davranısların ögretmenleri etkileme düzeyi, ögretmen ve okul müdürlerinin bu davranısı ne derece uyguladıgı sorgulanmıstır. Arastırma stanbul li Büyükçekmece ilçesindeki 58 Devlet lkögretim Okullarında gerçeklestirilmistir. Örneklemdeki okullarda 227 ögretmen ve 58 okul müdürüne 45 soruluk verimlilik düzeyi ve uygulanma düzeyi olmak üzere iki ayrı likert tipi anket uygulanmıstır. Arastırma bulgularında devlet okullarında görev yapan ögretmenlerin yönetim süreçleri ile ilgili davranısların uygulanma derecesini orta düzeyde buldukları ve bu yargının demografik faktörlerden bagımsız oldugu sonucuna varılmıstır.
Within this work the effect of behavior of the school principals which is relavant to the managing procedures on the teacher efficiency, was examined. In general the school principals level of affecting the teachers by planning,organizing,decision making,coordinating and evaluating and supervising that are related to the works which are to be materialized at school ,teachers and headmasters implementing degree of this behaviour was inquired. The research was carried out in 58 state primary schools in Büyükçekmece district of stanbul province.Two different surveys of the 45 questions on efficiency level and of putting into practice were conducted in the sampling schools on 227 teachers and 58 school principals. In the findings of the researhes it wa discovered that the teachers found out the putting in to practice level of the behaviour which is related to the managing procedures were in average level and the judgement was free of demographic factors
