Özet
Çalışmanın amacı; stres ve örgütsel stresin temel özelliklerini, belli başlı nedenlerini, kaynaklarını, sonuçlarını açıklamak ve stres ile mücadelede yapılması gerekenleri incelemektir. Bu amaçla çalışma iki bölüm halinde planlanmış, birinci bölümde stresin nedenleri, kaynakları, sonuçları ve stresle bireysel mücadele yöntemleri ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise, stresin örgütsel boyutuna değinilerek, örgütsel stresin nedenlerine, kaynaklarına, sonuçlarına ve örgütlerin stres ile mücadelede yapması gereken yöntemlere yer verilmiştir. Bu çalışmada tarihçi yöntem ve kaynak taraması metodundan yararlanılmıştır. Ancak, bu tekniklerin yanında kişisel deneyim ve gözlemlerden de yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmada, stresin nedenleri, sonuçları bütün boyutlarıyla ele alınmış, stres yaratan faktörleri en aza indirebilmek için yapılması gereken yöntemler ele alınmıştır. Örgütlerde meydana gelen stresin, çalışanların bireysel sorunlarından etkilenebildiği, bireysel stres ile örgütsel stresin birbirinden ayrı düşünülemeyeceği anlaşılmıştır. Aynı zamanda, örgütlerde yaşanan optimum düzeyde stresin bireyleri motive edeceği ve hedeflerine ulaşmada yardımcı olacağı anlaşılmıştır.
The aim of the study is to describe the main propertiesof stres and organizational stres, major reasons, sources and results and to investigate the requirements to compete against the stress. Fort his purpose; the study was designed in two separate parts. In the first part, causes, sources and results of stres and individual competing methods against the stress were discussed. In the second part, organizational dimension of stress were mentioned and causes, sources, results of organizational stress and methods performed by organization to compete against the stress were included. In this study, historian methods and literature research were utilized. However, in addition to these techniques, personal experience and observations were used. In this study, causes and results of stress and the methods to minimize the stress-causing factors were taken up comprehensively. It is concluded that the stress occuring in organizastıons may be affected by personal problems of employees and individual stress and organizational stress cannot be considered separately. In addition, it is concluded that, stress occuring in optimum level in organizations would motive the individuals and help them to achieve their objectives.
