Özet
Radyoloji bölümünde çalışan sağlık personellerinin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği algılarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılan çalışmaya 513 sağlık çalışanı katılmıştır. Radyoloji bölümü çalışanlarının iş sağlığı, iş güvenliği ve çalışan güvenliği konularında bilgi düzeyleri ve farkındalıkları belirlenip değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma İstanbul ilinde bulunan kamu ve özel sektör hastanelerinin radyoloji bölümlerinde çalışan 513 sağlık personelinin doldurduğu anket değerlendirmeye alınarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Toplanan veriler SPSS programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Katılımcılara uygulanan iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ölçeği uygulanarak katılımcıların demografik özellikleri doğrultusunda analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan araştırma sonucuna göre sağlık çalışanlarının iş sağlığı ve iş güvenliği algıları konusundaki bilgi ve farkındalık düzeylerinin yaş, mesleki çalışma yılı ve eğitim düzeylerine göre anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Çalışanların cinsiyetine göre ise anlamlı farklılık göstermediği tespit edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
513 health workers participated in the study, which was conducted to determine the occupational health and safety perceptions of the health personnel working in the radiology department. The level of knowledge and awareness of the employees of the radiology department on occupational health, safety and employee safety were determined and evaluated. The research was carried out by evaluating the questionnaire filled by 513 health personnel working in the radiology departments of public and private sector hospitals in Istanbul. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The occupational health and safety scale applied to the participants was applied and analyzed in line with the demographic characteristics of the participants. According to the results of the research, it has been determined that the knowledge and awareness levels of health workers about occupational health and safety perceptions differ significantly according to age, professional working years and education levels. It was determined that there was no significant difference according to the gender of the employees. Suggestions were made in line with the findings obtained as a result of the research.
