Özet
Yapılan bu çalışmanın amacı, kalite ve sağlık hizmetlerinde kalite iyileştirmenin geçirmiş olduğu süreçleri ortaya çıkararak toplam kalite yönetiminin unsurlarını, aynı zamanda bu unsurların sahip olduğu önemi ve sağlık kurumlarında hasta tatminini etkileyen faktörleri ele alıp inceleyerek toplam kalite yönetiminin sağlık hizmetlerine katkısını incelemektir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, ilgili çalışma üç bölüm halinde düzenlenmiştir. Birinci bölümde; temel tanımlara ve gerekli bilgilere yer verilmiş, ikinci bölümde; sağlık sektöründe toplam kalite yönetimi ve sağlık hizmetlerinde toplam kalite yönetiminin müşteri üzerindeki tatmin derecesi incelenmiş ve son olarak üçüncü bölümde ise toplam kalite yönetiminin sağlık hizmetlerine olan katkısı ele alınmıştır. Çalışma, teorik bir nitelik taşımaktadır. Bu nedenle, çalışma esnasında ciddi bir şekilde tarihçi metoda bağlı kalınmıştır. Teorik metot içerisinde de literatür inceleme, kaynak tarama gibi tekniklerden istifade edilmiştir. Dahası, çalışmanın özellikle sağlık çalışanları açısından incelendiği bölümlerde,mesleki bilgi.deneyim ve gözlemlere de sıklıkla yer verilmiş,tanık olunan örnek olaylardan istifade edilmiştir. The goal of that study is to view the elements of total quality management by revealing the processes of quality improvement on quality along with sanitary services, at the same time by dealing with the importance of these elements and the contribution of total quality management on sanitary services by undertaking the factors that affect the satisfaction of patients, as well. For that purpose; that study has been planned in the form of three parts. In the first part; the main descriptions and datas have been stated, in the second part; the total quality management in sanitary sector and in sanitary services the effects of total quality management on the customer's satisfaction have been reviewed and finally in the third part; the contribution of total quality management on sanitary services has been dealt. That study has something to do with a theoretical qualification. Therefore; I have adhered strictly to historiographer method. I have got benefit from the technics of scanning the resources and reviewing the literature within theoretical method. Moreover; because of being a staff dealing with health issues and my responsibility in the hospital, I have got benefit from my own occupational knowledge, the personal observation and experiences and the actual events to which personally I and my colleagues expose in addition to the comments, criticism and evaluation Key Words : Quality, Total Quality Management, Health Care, Health Care Quality.
