Özet
Bu çalışmada iş sağlığı, iş güvenliği ve iş doyumu ile ilgili bilgiler verilmiştir. Sağlık çalışanlarında iş sağlığı ve güvenliğinin önemi vurgulanmış ve sağlık çalışanlarında bu uygulamaların iş doyumu üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir. Çalışma teorik bir nitelik taşımaktadır. Bu nedenle tarihçi metod ve kaynak taraması tekniğinden yararlanılarak hazırlanmış bir kaynak niteliğindedir. Çağdaş toplumlarda işverenden sağlık çalışanlarının sağlık ve güvenliğini koruyucu nitelikte çalışma şartları oluşturması beklenir. Bu nedenle iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının sağlık çalışanları açısından önemi vurgulanmıştır. Bu konu iş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının sağlık çalışanlarında ne gibi davranışsal ve duyusal değişiklik ortaya çıkardığını ilişkilendirmiştir. İş güvenliği uygulamaların iş doyumu üzerine nasıl etkisi olduğu üzerinde durulmuştur. İş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının çalışanlarda iş doyumunu arttırıcı role sahiptir. Yapılan işin takdir edildiği, maddi ve manevi ödüllerle ödüllendirildiği koruyucu nitelikte çalışma koşullarının sağlandığı işten kaynaklanan olumsuz psikolojik durumların bertataraf edildiği sağlık çalışanlarında iş doyum düzeyleri yüksek olacaktır. İş doyum düzeyleri yüksek olan sağlık çalışanlarının bakım kalitesi artacak sağlık hizmeti bekleyen kişilere daha iyi bir bakım vereceklerdir. Buna karşılık olarak da hasta memnuniyeti artacaktır. İş sağlığı ve güvenliği uygulamalarının yeteri kadar uygulandığı toplumlarda, toplumun refah seviyesi artacaktır.
In this study, occupational health, are given information about job security and job satisfaction. Health highlighted the importance of working in occupational health and safety and their impact on job satisfaction among health professionals of these applications have been investigated. The study has a theoretical nature. Therefore, the method utilizing the historian and technical literature is a source of reference prepared. Contemporary society is expected to create working conditions in protecting the health and safety of health care workers in the nature of the employer. Therefore, the importance of health workers of occupational health and safety practices are emphasized. In this issue of occupational health and safety practices of health professionals that have associated sensory, behavioral and what changes occur. How on the job security and job satisfaction have focused on applications that effect. Enhancing the occupational health and safety practices and job satisfaction in employees has an important role. Of the work was appreciated, the material and the spiritual level of job satisfaction award arising out of employment is provided by the operating conditions of the protective qualities rewarded negative psychological state of health professionals as bertataraf will be high. Job satisfaction levels will increase the quality of care of health workers with high health care will provide better care to people waiting. In response, will increase patient satisfaction. Occupational health and safety practices in the implementation of community enough, will increase the welfare of society.
