Özet
Malzeme ve stok yönetimi gerek kurum giderleri açısından gerek depolama açısından oldukça önem teşkil eden bir durumdur. Yeterince yönetilemediği zamanlarda depolama maliyeti, kontrol-koruma zorluğu, tarih geçme, bozulma, kullanılamama, demode olma, stok bitmesi gibi durumlarla karşılaşılabilir. Söz konusu olan hastaneler ise bu durum daha özverili ve güvenli şekilde yapılmalıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı sağlık kurumlarında stok yönetimi ve tedarik zinciri yönetimi uygulamalarının incelenmek, kurumlarda bölümler arası iletişimin geliştirilmesine, hizmetlerin verimliliğine, daha önceki ve sonrası maliyetlerin kıyas edilmesine yani kısacası hastane ve sağlık kurumları yönetimine avantaj sağlayıcı öneriler geliştirmektir. Stoklarda malzeme eksikliği, ihtiyaç halinde kullanılacak malzemenin olmaması, hastaların tedavi ve teşhisi sırasında problem oluşturacağı için olumsuz şekilde hastane ve sağlık kurumlarına geri bildirim olarak dönecektir. Bu durumda diğer ülkelerle kıyaslama yapılarak hastane ve sağlık kurumlarında malzeme ve stok yönetimi konusunda kurumların kendilerini geliştirmeleri gerekmektedir
Materials and stock management is an important issue for both institution expenditures and in terms of storage. When it is not adequately managed, situations like storage cost, control-protection difficulty, expiration, spoiling, becoming unusable, being out fashioned and out of stock may occur. In the case of hospitals, this should be done in a more devoted and secure manner. The objective of this study is to investigate stock management and supply chain management applications in health institutions and to build up recommendations for improving inter-departmental communication in institutions, the efficiency of services, and comparison of previous and after costs, or in short to develop advantageous suggestions for the management of hospitals and health institutions. Materials shortage in stocks and absence of material to be used in case of need will cause problems during the treatment and diagnosis of patients, and so they will cause negative feedback for hospitals and health institutions. In this case, institutions need to develop themselves in materials and stock management in hospitals and health institutions by comparing themselves with the institutions of other countries.
