| dc.description.abstract | Okul yöneticisinin amacı, doğacak çatışmaları engelleyerek veya çatışmaları olabildiğince ortadan kaldırarak çalışma hayatında uyumlu ilişkiler kurulmasını sağlamaktır. Çalışmada çatışmanın nedeni, önemi, türleri, kaynağı, birey içi mi yoksa bireyler veya örgütler arası çatışma mı olduğu, yönetimi, yönetim teknikleri ve son olarak sonucu sorgulanmaktır.Okul yöneticisi olumlu ve tutarlı davranışlar sergileyip, öğretmenlerle olan ilişkisinde daima motive edici ve yapıcı olmaya çalışan, doğacak çatışmalardan korkmayıp kendini hazır hisseden, eksiklikleri önceden görebilen ve bireyler arası etkileşime önem ve dikkat veren kişi olmalıdır.Çalışmada okul yöneticilerinin öğretmenlerle olan çatışmayı yönetme stratejileri açıklayıcı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca konuya ilişkin ilköğretim öğretmenlerinden oluşan bir grup öğretmene yöneticilerinin uyguladıkları çatışma yönetimi stratejileri ile ilgili sorular sorularak bir alan araştırması yapılmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of a school principal is to provide the establishment of compatible relationships in work life by obstructing possible conflicts. In this study the reasons, importance, kinds and sources of conflicts are examined. Also it is interrogated if the conflicts are in person or between persons or between organizations and conflict management technics and eventually the consequences of conflicts.The school principal must be the person who; exhibits positive and consistent behaviour, is always motivating and positive in relationships whith teachers, prepares himself/herself to possible conflicts, predicts possible absences, cares about interactions between persons.In this study the conflict management strategies of school principals to manage the conflict with the teachers are approached interpretively. And also a field investigation has been made by asking questions to a group of teachers which are related to the subject about their school principal?s conflict management strategies. | |
