dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, kablo sektörünün Türkiye'deki güçlü ve zayıf yönleri, fırsatları ve tehditlerinin değerlendirilmesi, kablo sektörüne ilişkin kapsamlı bir inceleme yapılması amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırma, Türk kablo sektörüne ilişkin verileri kapsamaktadır. Araştırmada SWOT analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bir sektörün dört temel unsuru olan güçlü yönler, zayıf yönler, fırsatlar, tehditler kapsamlı biçimde ele alınmaktadır. Güçlü yönlerin ele alınmasında Türkiye'nin stratejik konumu ve ihracat potansiyeli, yerel pazarda talep seviyesi ve büyüme kapasitesi, yüksek üretim kapasitesi ve teknolojik gelişmeler gibi konulara odaklanılmıştır. Zayıf yönlerde yerel üreticilerin dünya pazarındaki rekabetçi zorlukları, hammaddelere erişimde yaşanan zorluklar veya maliyetler, yerel pazarın küresel ekonomik dalgalanmalara karşı hassasiyeti değerlendirilmiştir. Fırsatlarda yeni teknolojiler ve yenilikçi ürünlerle pazarı genişletme imkanı, enerji sektöründeki büyümeye bağlı olarak artan talep, küresel pazarlarda yeni pazarlara açılma ve ihracat fırsatları ele alınmıştır. Tehditlerde ise küresel ekonomik belirsizlikler ve döviz kuru dalgalanmaları, yabancı rakiplerin rekabet baskısı, hammadde fiyatlarındaki artış ve tedarik zinciri sorunları incelenmiştir. Bu araştırma, Türk kablo sektörüne ilişkin olarak gerçekleştirilmiş en kapsamlı akademik çalışma olarak, literatürdeki kablo sektörü ile ilgili büyük bir boşluğu doldurmaktadır.
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the cable sector in Turkey, providing a comprehensive examination of the cable industry. The research encompasses data related to the Turkish cable sector. The study employs the SWOT analysis method, which extensively addresses the four fundamental elements of an industry: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The examination of strengths focuses on Turkey's strategic location and export potential, the level of demand in the local market, growth capacity, high production capabilities, and technological advancements. Weaknesses include the competitive challenges faced by local producers in the global market, difficulties or costs in accessing raw materials, and the sensitivity of the local market to global economic fluctuations. Opportunities discussed include the potential for market expansion through new technologies and innovative products, increased demand linked to growth in the energy sector, and opportunities for opening up new markets and exporting in the global arena. Threats examined include global economic uncertainties and exchange rate fluctuations, competitive pressure from foreign competitors, rising raw material prices, and supply chain issues. This research represents one of the most comprehensive academic studies conducted on the Turkish cable sector, filling a significant gap in the literature related to the cable industry.
