Özet
İhtiyaçları karşılamak üzere üretildiği anda tüketilen etkinliklerin kalitesi değerlendirilirken, müşteri veya kullanıcılar yalnızca aldıkları hizmeti değil, hizmeti alır iken hizmetin sunum biçimini de değerlendirmeye tabi tutmaktadırlar. Bu sebeple, hizmet pazarlamasında göz önünde bulundurulması gereken konulardan bir tanesi de sunulan hizmetin rakiplerden farklılaşmasıdır. Bu doğrultuda çalışmanın amacı sağlık hizmetlerinin kalitesinin ölçülmesi ve gerekliliğinin ortaya konulmasıdır. Bu amaçla bir vakıf üniversitesi hastanesi ve bir devlet hastanesi olmak üzere iki hastanede anket gerçekleştirilmiş ve bulgular değerlendirilmiştir. The quality of the event is consumed as soon as it is produced to meet the needs evaluated, not customers or users of the services they receive only the presentation format of the service while receiving the services they hold also evaluated. Therefore, it is differentiated from competing services offered at one of the issues to be considered in services marketing. The subject of the work in this direction is to measure the quality of health services. The aim of this study is to determine the necessity and measure the quality of health services. For this purpose, a survery was conducted in 2 hospitals incl. a private foundation university hospital and a state hospital and findings were evaluated.
