Özet
Kurumsal eğitim uygulamalarının işletmeler ve çalışanlar için ne kadar önemli bir yere sahip olduğu vurgulanmıştır. Gelişen teknoloji ile birlikte sahip olunan bilgi hızla eskimekte ve değerini yitirmektedir. Bu nedenle eğitim sadece okullarda değil yaşamın her anında var olması gereken bir değerdir. Bu çalışma kurumsal eğitimlerin planlama içeriğinin nelerden oluştuğunu ve nasıl bir gelişim içinde olduğunu açıklamaktadır. Kurumların şirket çalışan performanslarını arttırmak istemesi, bugün rekabet koşullarının sürekli olarak gelişmesi ve teknolojinin de ilerlemesi değişimi kaçınılmaz kılmaktadır. Bu nedenle kurumlar bir yandan çalışan performansını maksimum düzeyde ortaya çıkartmak, bir yandan da müşteri ile doğrudan iletişim içinde olan çağrı merkezlerinde kurumsal eğitim uygulama metotlarını açıklamaktır. İşletmelerde eğitimin önemi, niteliği özellikle planlaması ve uygulama sonuçlarının analizi çalışmanın detayını oluşturmaktadır. Genç ve dinamik çalışan kadrosunun eğitim faaliyetlerine nasıl daha fazla dahil edilebileceği açıklanmaktadır. Kurumsal eğitim perspektifinde kurumsal eğitimlerin planlaması, geliştirilmesi ve eğitin sonrası sonuçların değerlendirilmesi süreçlerine yer verilmiştir.
The importance of the corporate education applications for the businesses and the personnel has been underlined. With the development of the technology the knowledge that has been possessed get old quickly and loses its value. Therefore, education is not only a value to be in the school but in every single aspect of life. This study states what the content of the corporate education planning is and how it is developing. Corporations want to improve the performance of the employee within the Company and today's constantly developing competition conditions makes the development of the technology inevitable. With this reason, corporations desire to increase the performance of the personnel on maximum level and while also explaining the corporate education application methods with the call centers that have directly within contact with the customers. The importance and the qualification of the education in the businesses is detailed in this study with the analysis of the planning and the application results. In this study how to include the young and dynamic personnel team for the educational operations will be explained. Within the corporate education perspective, the planning of the corporate education and its development and the analysis of the results after the education has been stated in this study.
