Özet
Çalışmanın amacı; küresel rekabet ortamında, işletmelerin temel yetenekleri dışındaki diğer faaliyetlerinde, dış kaynak kullanımına yönelmeleri sonucunda, bunun işletmelere ne derece fayda sağladığını ve muhtemel sonuçlarını ortaya çıkarmaktır. Çalışma iki bölüm halinde planlanmış, birinci bölümde dış kaynak kullanım kavramı, nedenleri, yarar ve sakıncaları üzerinde durulmuş, ikinci bölümde, dış kaynak kullanımının türleri, alanları, önemi, süreçleri ve Rize Devlet Hastanesi'nde bazı maliyet faktörleri ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada tarihçi/kaynak tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ayrıca Rize devlet hastanesi görüntüleme ve laboratuvar hizmetleri üzerine örnek bir uygulama yapılmıştır; bu uygulamada görüntüleme ve laboratuvar hizmetlerinin dış kaynak kullanım uygulama süreçlerindeki toplam maliyetleri, toplam miktar ve birim maliyetleri bulunmuş ve bu birim maliyetlerinin birbiri ile karşılaştırmaları yapılmıştır. Çalışmada, dış kaynak kullanımının birçok kullanım nedenleri ile karşılaşılmış ve teknolojiye bağlı olarak küresel rekabet ortamında yaygın ve yoğun olarak tercih edildiği gözlemlenmiştir. Dış kaynak kullanımının, özellikle hastaneler ya da sağlık tesislerinde kullanım alan ve nedenleri geniş olarak ele alınmış ve buna bağlı olarak bazı maliyet faktörleri üzerine bir çalışma yapılmıştır.
The aim of the study In the global competitive environment, businesses in other activities outside the core capabilities as a result they turn to outsourcing, it is that it provides benefits to business and to reveal the extent possible results. Labour historians / literature review method was used. In addition, a sample application is made on Rize state hospital imaging and laboratory services; The total costs of the implementation process of this application outsourcing imaging and laboratory services, and unit costs and the total amount was found with each of these unit cost comparison is made. In the study, were encountered with the use of many reasons and depending on the technology outsourcing global competition was observed extensively and intensively preferred. Of outsourcing, especially in hospitals or health care facilities in a wide range of uses and reasons were discussed, and a study was carried out on some of the cost factors accordingly.
