dc.description.abstractMotivasyon, insan ilişkilerine yön veren en önemli olgulardan biridir. Hangi türde olursa olsun bütün işletmelerin, kurum ve kuruluşların ortak hedefi insanların çabalarını amacı gerçekleştirmeye doğru yoğunlaştırmaktır. İş ne olursa olsun sonuçta istenen şey söz konusu işin yapılabilmesi ise insanın istekli olmasını, işi benimsemesini gerektirir. İşte bu isteği sağlayan bireyin motivasyon düzeyidir.Günümüz de sağlık hizmetlerinin yönetiminde tahmin edilemeyen bir profesyonelleşme gerçekleşmektedir. Görev yaptığı kurumlar ile bütünleşmiş, görev ve sorumluluklarının bilincinde ve yaptığı işe tam anlamıyla motive olmuş yöneticinin, emek-yoğun teknolojiye sahip olan bu kurumların performans ve verimini artıracağı bilinmektedir. Yüksek motivasyona sahip yöneticiler verimliliği de beraberinde getirecekleri için çalıştığı kurumunun amacına ulaşmasında büyük fayda sağlarlar.Bu tez çalışmamda; Denizli İli özel ve kamu sağlık kurumu yöneticilerinin motivasyonunu etkileyen faktörler ele alınmıştır. Bu çalışmada, motivasyon kavramı, önemi, unsurları ve faktörlerini ekonomik, psiko-sosyal ve örgütsel yapının etki dereceleri olarak teorik bölümlerde literatür taraması yöntemleriyle incelenerek açıklanmaktadır. Buna ek olarak son kısım olan uygulama bölümünde ise anket, gözlem ve mülakat yöntemi kullanılarak elde edilen veriler ile motivasyon faktörlerinin Denizli İli özel ve kamu sağlık yöneticilerini nasıl etkilediğini ve hangi faktörün motivasyonlarında daha çok etkili olduğu açıklanmaya çalışılmaktadır.
dc.description.abstractMotivation is one of the most important phenomena that shape human relationships. No matter what type of all enterprises, institutions and organizations to realize the common objective purpose of the right of people concentrate their efforts. The desired result, regardless of the business of the people in question are willing to get the job done, the job requires to adopt. That is the level of motivation of the individual providing this request.Professionalisation of the management of health care takes place in today's unpredictable. Integrated with his institutions, and his work fully aware of the duties and responsibilities of motivated managers, labor-intensive technology, which is known to increase the efficiency of performance of these institutions. Efficiency of highly motivated managers in achieving the purpose of the institution is trying to bring together provide a great benefit.This is the thesis; Denizli Province factors that affect the motivation of managers of public and private health care institution are discussed. In this study, the concept of motivation, importance, elements and factors, economic, psycho-social and organizational structure by examining the degree of impact methods described in the literature as the theoretical sections. In addition to this section of the application that is the last part of the questionnaire, observation and interview data obtained using the method of motivating factors in Denizli, and what factors affect both private and public health managers tried to explain their motivation is more effective.
